System Requirements

For Windows:
Microsoft Windows™ XP/Vista/7/8/10 operating system.
Apple iTunes™ 7.0 or later if you want to import to iTunes™ library directly. (iCopyBot Music to Computer Transfer, iBackupBot for iTunes)
For Mac:
Mac OS X 10.6(Snow Leopard)/10.7(Lion)/10.8(Mountain Lion)/10.9(Mavericks)/10.10(Yosemite)/10.11(EI Capitan)/10.12(Sierra).
iTunes for Mac 9.0 or later.

Install

After downloading the above install file, double click on it to start the setup. Follow the instructions on screen to complete the setup.

Uninstall

From Windows 7 / Vista / XP systems
Click Start . Control Panel . Programs and Features (if you are Windows XP user, click on Add/Remove Programs).
Here, look for our programs that you want to uninstall, right click on each of suspicious entries and select 'Uninstall'
From Windows 10 / Windows 8 systems
Right-click in the lower left corner of the screen. Once Quick Access Menu shows up, select Control Panel and Uninstall a Program.
Here, look for our programs that you want to uninstall, right click on each of suspicious entries and select 'Uninstall'
From Mac OS X system
Click Go button at the top left of the screen and select Applications. Cick 'Go' and select 'Applications'
Wait until you see Applications folder and look for our programs that you want to uninstall on it. Now right click on every of such entries and select Move to Trash. d select Move to Trash.

We changed product names from Jan-2010, if you had installed an former name product from us, please uninstall the old program before install the new one:
